Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour
Duration: Temporary (Approx. 6-months)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fridays are work from home)

Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruiting support for technical, corporate, and business-critical roles. This position works closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to define hiring needs, apply market insights, and execute effective recruiting strategies while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to clarify role expectations, success profiles, and interview criteria.
  • Align on hiring priorities, timelines, and interview plans early in the process.
  • Review and assess candidate qualifications to determine alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to recruiting best practices.
  • Drive timely interviewer feedback and manage candidate status updates.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all recruiting activity and documentation is accurately captured in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and meets compliance requirements.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned to business needs.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach methods to generate qualified candidate flow.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, and source effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, interview techniques, and talent market insights.

Additional Recruiting Support (Approx. 10%)

  • Assist with job postings, offer processing, and system updates as needed.
  • Provide backup support to the Talent Acquisition team during periods of high hiring activity.

Qualifications
Experience

  • 4-6+ years of experience in recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Strong ability to build trust and influence with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Effective interviewer with experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders.
